Manager Supply Chain – Planning & LogisticsRandstad / Enschede | Hybrid | €80,000–€95,000Are you a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who enjoys improving performance, developing people and bringing structure to a complex international supply chain?We are looking for an experienced Manager Supply Chain / Planning & Logistics to take ownership of a broad supply chain operation spanning multiple manufacturing locations and international logistics partners. A key focus will be strengthening inventory management and forecasting, while developing the planning team and driving smarter use of supply-chain data.This is a role with real operational ownership. You will be expected to lead from the front, challenge where needed and combine strategic decision-making with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and develop the Supply Chain / Planning team;Own demand forecasting and integrated supply planning;Drive inventory optimisation, including safety stocks, inventory levels and working capital;Translate forecasts into production and supply requirements;Identify and resolve shortages, capacity constraints and supply risks;Support and further develop the S&OP / IBP process;Strengthen the use of ERP, MRP and supply-chain data;Manage international logistics flows across manufacturing sites, warehouses and markets;Manage 3PL partners, including SLAs, KPIs and performance reviews;Drive continuous improvement across Planning, Inventory and Logistics;Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Purchasing, Sales and other key stakeholders.Your ProfileBroad Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment;At least 3 years of people-management experience;Strong experience in Supply Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Management;Solid logistics and 3PL management experience;Good understanding of S&OP, MRP and ERP systems;Strong analytical and data-driven approach;Hands-on, proactive and comfortable operating under time pressure;Confident communicator who can challenge stakeholders and push back when required;Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences is preferred;Other regulated or complex manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.
