Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Job Purpose:To manage key financial relationships, supporting supply chain finance operations, and ensuring effective alignment with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associates to achieve organizational objectives.Acquire new anchor relationships across corporate, commercial, and SME segments.Expand and deepen existing SCF relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.Conduct independent and joint client engagements with business teams to originate and close opportunities.Regularly engage clients to understand needs, address concerns, and enhance service quality.Coordinate closely with Risk, Credit, CAC, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliver milestones on time.Ensure full adherence to divisional policies, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.Communicate policies clearly to team members and ensure consistent implementation.Act as the focal point for audits related to the SCF portfolio and address audit observations effectively.Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within the team.Prepare and submit regular MIS, performance dashboards, and portfolio reviews to Line Manager and senior management.Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with the role as assigned by the Line Manager.Support strategic initiatives and new product or platform enhancements as requiredMinimum Qualification:Education: GraduationExperience: 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in SME/Corporate/Commercial Lending will be preferredJob Specific Skills: Strong relationship management and solution-based sales skills.Sound financial analysis and credit understanding.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
