Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose:The Manager - Supply Planning is responsible for end-to-end inventory control, stock movements, clearance management, system updates, and store support activities. The role ensures optimal stock utilization, timely clearance of aging and defective inventory, and alignment with supply planning and commercial strategies across UAE stores.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Supply Planning Manage inventory levels across RDC, stores, outlets and clearance locations.Monitor stock availability, excess, ageing and slow-moving inventory and drive corrective actions.Develop stock movement and allocation plans based on demand, capacity and business requirements.Optimize inventory to balance product availability and working capital.2. Ageing & Obsolete Stock Management Drive liquidation of ageing and 18+ month stocks through transfers, outlets, clearance or approved write-offs.Manage defective, obsolete and non-sellable stock write-off processes in coordination with Finance and Warehouse.Track ageing inventory and minimizing inventory losses.3. Outlet & Clearance Planning Plan and monitor stock allocation to outlets and clearance stores based on capacity and performance.Identify suitable stocks for outlet movement and ensure timely execution of approved transfers.Monitor promotional pricing and stock liquidation initiatives.4. Inventory Analysis & Control Analyze stock-take data, stock ageing and RMS vs. WMS variances.Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.Monitor key inventory KPIs including stock cover, availability, ageing, sell-through and inventory accuracy.5. System & Operational ManagementEnsure accurate and timely updates in RMS and Shala for pricing, promotions, stock pullouts and e-commerce requirements.Oversee local PO creation, invoice booking, P2P and GRN reconciliation.Ensure accurate COC/event files and inventory documentation.6. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Buying, Brand Planning, Merchandising, Warehouse, Stores, Finance, E-commerce and Quality teams.Provide inventory insights and recommendations to support business decisions.Resolve supply and inventory-related issues and ensure timely execution.7. Support territory budget activity and phasing along with data supportSupport territory budgeting and phasing activity yearlyProvide data and information support for Monthly and Quarterly business reviewsHelp on territory inventory initiatives through analytical analysis with MISQualifications8–10 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, preferably within a large-scale retail environment.Strong experience across Apparel and Non-Apparel categories, with exposure to Large Format Stores.UAE experience is preferred.Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is mandatory.Proven ability to analyse sales, inventory, demand and supply data to drive effective replenishment and inventory planning.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
