We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to drive performance management, talent development, and employee growth initiatives across the House.Your MissionWorking closely with the VP of HR, leaders, and the HR team, you will lead and support talent acquisition and management initiatives, from candidate experience to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development programmes.You will help build scalable talent frameworks and programmes that strengthen organisational capability while reflecting AMOUAGE’s culture, EVP, and standards of excellence.Your ImpactRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDesign and execute scalable, innovative recruitment strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines.Utilize data-driven insights to optimise sourcing, selection, and hiring efficiency.Manage digital recruitment platforms including LinkedIn and build careers page.Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for succession planning, internship and apprenticeship programs.Ensure talent requirements and needs are in line with business needs.Performance ManagementLead the development and continuous improvement of performance management programs.Partner with leadership to align performance goals with business strategy.Create and implement tools and frameworks to measure, assess, and improve employee performance.Monitor and track Annual & Bi-Annual performance reviews with Line Managers to ensure compliance and execution of performance management and appraisalsMonitor and track Work plans, PIP, PDP, goal setting plans with Line Managers.Manage and monitor Talent mapping and succession plans for our talent.Instructional Design & Talent DevelopmentDesign and deliver training programs together with L&D Specialist that support skill development, leadership readiness, and career progression.Co-Create content and learning experiences tailored to diverse international teams.Measure the impact of development initiatives and refine strategies based on feedback and outcomes.Ensuring EVP alignment across TA & TM processes and services.Stakeholder CollaborationWork cross-functionally with HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration of programs.Advise leaders on best practices in performance management and talent development.Support change management efforts related to new systems, processes, or cultural transformation.Collaboration & CompliancePartner with VP of HR to design and implement TalentAcquisition & Talent Management strategies and talent development programsAdministration and monitoring support for performance appraisals, PIP, PDP, succession plans, HIPOEnsure consistent recruitment practices and experiences and messaging across all regions while allowing for local adaptation as needed.Support leadership development, onboarding, career pathing, and performance enablement initiatives.Your Journey With UsThe House of AMOUAGE has been on an aggressive growth trajectory within the fast-growing ultra luxury perfumes segment, unlocking tremendous personal and career development opportunities for our team members across multiple locations including Muscat, Dubai, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.Your ExpertiseExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong experience in succession planning, employee development, talent reviews, and HR systems requiredExcellent stakeholder management, analytical, and facilitation skills essentialExperience supporting regional talent initiatives preferredExperience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational organisationCultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable recruitment and development initiatives.Experience with platforms, such as LinkedIn, DarwinBoxStrong instructional design and facilitation skillsExperience in developing TA & TM Policies, process flows & strategic planning of Recruitment & Talent development functionDemonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural, international environmentsExcellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Specialized certifications in talent management or learning & developmentSociety for Human Resource Management certifications (SHRM-CP/ SHRM-SCP/CIPD Level 5 or 7)HR Certification Institute certifications (PHR / SPHR/CIPD)Talent Management Practitioner certificationsLearning & Development certificationsChange Management certificationsCoaching certificationsPsychometric assessment certifications (e.g., DISC, Gallup, Hogan, MBTI, Korn Ferry)5+ years of experience in performance management, or talent developmentFamiliarity with HR systems and document management toolsStrong time management and multitasking abilities.The AMOUAGE AdvantageJoin a House that has been creating luxury fragrance experiences since 1983.
