Manager - Technology Procurement

Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award procurement processesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirementsManage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboardingLead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiationsManage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims supportMonitor procurement schedules and Tender Event SchedulesDrive cost optimization and commercial valueManage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalationsReview sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissionsRequirements5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain managementProven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcingExperience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiationsExperience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiativesExperience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred
