Manager Testing and Commissioning

Since 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.We are seeking Manager Testing & Commissioning responsible for supporting in leading the planning, coordination, and execution oversight of testing, commissioning, and handover activities for data center and critical infrastructure projects.The role ensures that testing and commissioning activities are delivered safely, in line with approved standards, contractual requirements, project schedules, and customer expectations, while supporting successful system acceptance, operational readiness, and handover to operations and customers.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support the development and implementation of project testing, commissioning, and handover plans aligned with project delivery requirements and approved standards.Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution.Ensure commissioning strategies, sequences, and readiness plans are aligned with construction progress, project milestones, and operational handover requirements.Support the integration of testing and commissioning requirements into project planning, design reviews, and delivery execution.Review and manage testing and commissioning documentation, including method statements, test scripts, ITPs, SAT, IST, and system acceptance procedures.Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, international standards, and company procedures.Provide technical input to design and delivery teams to ensure systems are commissionable, operable, and aligned with customer and operational requirements.Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of technical issues arising during testing and commissioningQUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent Relevant professional qualification or chartered status8 years of relevant professional experience including the testing & commissioning of data centers or other complex engineering projects across the entire project life cycle.Primavera BIM 360, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, commissioning management platformsKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsStrategic leadership and decision-making under pressureCross-functional stakeholder engagement and influenceFinancial and commercial acumen with TCO awareness
