We're Hiring | Manager – Training📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Travel to airport locations as required)💼 Department: Operations Training🎓 Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Relevant certifications preferred)About the RoleBKJ Airports is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Training to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational training across our airport locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong aviation training expertise and be capable of designing and delivering impactful learning programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate training records.Key Responsibilities✈️ Training DeliveryDeliver classroom and practical training programs for airport personnel.Conduct training sessions on:Safety Management System (SMS)Ramp SafetyHuman Factors (HF)Passenger Handling for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)Ensure training content is aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.📅 Training Planning & ImplementationPrepare and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars for all airport stations.Coordinate with station teams to ensure timely completion of mandatory and recurrent training.Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements where required.📋 Training Records & ComplianceMaintain, update, and track employee training records.Ensure timely completion of mandatory certifications and refresher training.Generate training reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.Ensure compliance with DGCA, BCAS, AAI, airline, and company training requirements.🤝 Coordination & Continuous ImprovementLiaise with airport operations teams, station managers, and external trainers.Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and evaluation tools.Identify training needs and recommend suitable learning interventions.Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning across all stations.Candidate RequirementsEssential QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification – Mandatory.ExperienceExperience in aviation, airport operations, or airline training.Hands-on experience in conducting operational and safety training programs.Experience in preparing and implementing training plans across multiple locations.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of:Safety Management System (SMS)Ramp SafetyHuman Factors (HF)PRM TrainingProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.Core CompetenciesExcellent presentation and facilitation skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Planning and organizational abilities.Analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel to airport locations as required.Why Join BKJ Airports?✈️ Be part of a fast-growing aviation organization.📈 Opportunity to shape the learning and development culture across multiple airport locations.🤝 Collaborative and professional work environment.🚀 Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.
