📌 Job Title: Manager, Transformation - Compliance - Contract📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🕐 Employment type: Contract🌍 Environment: Professional Services EnvironmentAbout the RoleJoin RiskPod as a Manager, Transformation and play a pivotal role in driving the digital and operational transformation of our Compliance Operations. You'll be at the forefront of automating processes and deploying advanced AI tools to create a future-ready organization.Key Responsibilities• Identify inefficiencies and areas for automation across AML, Sanctions Screening, KYC, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Reporting.• Support the design, execution, and monitoring of major Compliance transformation initiatives.• Work with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance control effectiveness and operational efficiencies.• Support adoption of AI/ML, analytics, and digital tools for FCC enhancements.• Ensure project documentation, change processes, and controls adhere to internal and regulatory standards.• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and regular review meetings with stakeholders.• Provide clear progress reporting, risk/issue updates, and recommendations.• Drive a continuous improvement culture across FCC/Compliance.Your Profile• 6-12 years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime transformation.• Hands-on experience with compliance tech stacks like Firco, Actimize, SAS, and data analytics platforms.• Graduate degree; post-graduate and RegTech credentials are a plus.• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, Sanctions, and broader compliance frameworks.• Proficient in project management, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Positive attitude, proactive, and a great team player.What's Offered• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.• Be part of a global team where every member is an equity partner.• Engage in high-priority projects with significant impact.• Continuous learning and development opportunities.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
