This role requires strategic oversight of treasury operations to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support financial objectives and enhance operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management: Manage short-term and long-term cash flow and liquidity to ensure that the organization can meet its financial obligations and optimize cash usage. Debt & Funding Facilities: Support the execution and ongoing management of corporate funding facilities (including term loans, bridge loans and ECA-backed facilities), including documentation, covenant compliance, drawdowns and bank coordination. Trade Finance: Manage day-to-day trade finance activities including the issuance and administration of bank guarantees, letters of credit (LCs) and advance payment guarantees, ensuring timely processing, compliance with agreed terms and effective coordination with banks and internal stakeholders. Banking Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and services to benefit the organization. CapEx Program Management: Perform monthly reviews of major CapEX programs to monitor delivery and spend against approved budget; investigate and explain key deviations, and coordinate with project owners to support timely corrective actions. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making regarding treasury operations and cash management strategies. Policy Development: Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with treasury operations (including FX and interest rate exposures), recommend and execute hedging strategies to mitigate these risks, and support quarterly hedge effectiveness testing. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the treasury team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on cash position, banking activities, and treasury performance to senior management. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, finance, and operations teams to support overall financial strategies and initiatives. KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee initial and ongoing bank KYC processes, including documentation refreshes, regulatory questionnaires, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Satellite Insurance: Liaise with insurance brokers as required and report directly to the CFO on satellite insurance matters; prior satellite insurance experience is not required.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and banking operations.Strong forecasting and business partnering experience, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business insights.Demonstrated experience with debt facilities (e.g., term loans, bridge loans and/or ECA-backed facilities) and financial risk management including FX and/or interest rate hedging.Experience with treasury tools and systems (e.g., Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Oracle and/or other ERP/treasury platforms) to support cash management, reporting and controls.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.Professional qualification in Finance or Treasury, such as ACT, CFA or ACA.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.Strong analytical capability with a high level of attention to detail.Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a collaborative and professional approach.Able to think strategically, see the bigger picture, and navigate complex situations.
