Apply & track with Apply EdgeROLE SUMMARY:A Treasury Sales Manager is responsible for the effective management, oversight and development of the Treasury Sales function across CIB and relevant HNI/client segments. The role provides comprehensive Treasury solutions across FX, Interest Rates, Commodities, Fixed Income and Structured Products while driving revenue, client penetration and disciplined risk management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and support Treasury Sales team members and contribute to the approved Treasury Sales strategy.Develop and deepen relationships with CIB, HNI and other relevant clients.Identify Treasury requirements arising from clients’ hedging, investment, liquidity and risk-management needs.Provide solutions across FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options and other derivatives.Provide Interest Rate solutions including IRS, Caps/Floors, Swaptions, Cross-Currency Swaps and other derivatives.Provide Commodity Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options and other commodity solutions.Cover Fixed Income, Money Market and Structured Investment solutions.Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and convert Treasury cross-sell opportunities.Conduct Treasury workshops for RMs and client presentations/workshops.Manage the Treasury Sales pipeline, revenue, volumes and client activity.Produce and circulate FX rate sheets to internal stakeholders.Develop and circulate market commentary to internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate with Treasury Trading to obtain competitive pricing and execute transactions.Ensure appropriate ISDA documentation, limits, suitability, approvals and legal/compliance/risk requirements.Maintain client call reports, telephonic discussion records, deal agreements and confirmations.Coordinate with Middle Office, Treasury Risk, TROPS, Legal, Compliance and other support functions.Maintain effective communication across Treasury Front Office and support functions.Keep senior stakeholders informed of market conditions, opportunities, challenges and risks.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the banking sector, including significant experience in Treasury Sales, FX, Interest Rates, Commodities, derivatives or a combination of Treasury Trading and Treasury Sales, preferably with a leading regional or international bank operating in Bahrain/MENA.Postgraduate qualification and recognized Treasury/Markets qualification preferred.Strong knowledge of FX, Interest Rates, Commodities, Fixed Income and Structured Products.Experience in derivative pricing, structuring and hedging.Strong client relationship, negotiation and presentation skills.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Good knowledge of Bahrain Central Bank requirements and Treasury regulations.Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.Proactive, creative and solutions-oriented.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Fluent English.
