The role combines full-stack engineering, UX/UI design, SEO, analytics, and platform security to deliver a secure, high-performing, and user-friendly digital experience while maintaining proper documentation and development best practices.Job DescriptionThe role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of web platforms, including frontend and backend development, UX/UI optimization, SEO, analytics, integrations, deployment, and platform security.The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance digital journeys, improve website performance, support CRM and admissions workflows, and ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and system stability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks such as Next.js, React, Angular, or equivalentManage backend development, API integrations, and database connectivityLead UX/UI design enhancements including wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mappingOwn SEO strategy, discoverability, and web indexing best practicesManage analytics, tracking tags, and advertising integrationsMonitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability and securityCollaborate with stakeholders on feature enhancements and platform updatesManage workflows and funnels across web platformsSupport CRM setup and integrations including Zoho and HubSpotManage hosting, deployment systems, version control, and release workflowsDesign and integrate APIs and third-party servicesImplement web security best practices and compliance standardsMaintain technical documentation and development standardsIntegrate AI solutions to enhance workflow productivitySupport team collaboration and web team culture initiativesRequirementsStrong experience in full-stack web developmentAdvanced JavaScript skills with modern frameworksExperience in Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologiesStrong experience in API developmentHands-on knowledge of Git, deployment pipelines, and hosting environmentsExperience with SQL/NoSQL databasesSolid understanding of web security and authenticationExperience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Tag ManagerStrong UX/UI design exposureFamiliarity with AI-powered development tools and web automation solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or related field5–8 years of relevant full-stack web development experiencePrevious experience in education, digital platforms, or marketing-focused environments is preferred
