This role is responsible for leading a team, setting performance expectations, and ensuring daily operations meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Manager oversees workflow, monitors key metrics, and drives process improvements that support efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, coordinating with cross-functional partners, resolving escalated issues, and implementing initiatives aligned with PNC’s guidelines and customer experience goals. The Manager also contributes to planning, reporting, and execution of business strategies within the assigned area.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.Experience in operations or financial services environments, with the ability to manage processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and metrics to make decisions and improve outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.Knowledge of banking or financial products and basic regulatory and compliance principles (or willingness to learn quickly).Proficiency with standard office software and systems; familiarity with financial or CRM platforms is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and high ethical standards.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
