You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and play an important role in growing both our client relationships and our Singapore practice.The RoleAs a Managing Consultant, you will take ownership of major consulting engagements and provide trusted advice to clients navigating complex business and technology challenges.Key responsibilities include:Leading and shaping complex consulting engagements across multiple client accountsActing as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholdersManaging and developing consulting teams to deliver exceptional outcomesIdentifying and resolving complex business and technology challengesSupporting business development activities, including bids, proposals and client presentationsDriving delivery excellence and continuous improvementBuilding long-term client relationships and supporting regional growthContributing to internal strategy, capability development and thought leadership initiativesAbout YouWe're looking for an accomplished consultant with a strong track record of delivering strategic technology and transformation initiatives.You'll ideally bring:Significant consulting experience across technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, AI & data, or related disciplinesProven success delivering large-scale programmes and managing senior client relationshipsStrong commercial awareness and business development experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience leading, coaching and mentoring teamsThe ability to balance multiple engagements while maintaining high standards of deliveryWhy Mason Advisory?Mason Advisory is an award-winning independent digital and technology consultancy that helps organisations make better technology decisions and realise greater value from their investments.
