Recruitment ConsultantIndustry: Cleantech/Digital/RenewablesSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 with excellent OTELocation: Bristol/London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)Start: ASAPThis is your chance to carve out a pivotal role in an expanding company helping fuel the transition to clean power, cleantech, digital and other mission-driven sectors.What you’ll be doing:Working as part of an ambitious recruitment team to identify, engage and place high-calibre candidates across grid edge technologies, data centres, renewable energy/grid improvement, IT, and engineering.Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.Managing your own desk, hitting targets and driving revenue growth through proactive business development and client servicing.Collaborating closely with stakeholders internally and externally to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends and build your domain expertise in high-growth industries.Operating in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, and helping elevate the company’s brand in the climate-tech space.What we’re looking for:Minimum of 2/3 years experience working in recruitment agency is essential.Ideally, you’ll have a background in recruiting for tech/AI, data centres, IT, life sciences or engineering, or at least strong familiarity with one or more of these domains.Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a company that has a strong mission and purpose.Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up in London, able to spend 3 days per week in the office.What you’ll get in return:A competitive base salary of £35k-£45k with excellent commission/bonus potential as you hit and exceed targets.The chance to join a business that is scaling rapidly = real opportunities for career progression and impact.The personal satisfaction of being part of a company with a strong vision and purpose - helping build teams that are instrumental in tackling climate change and advancing sustainability.How to apply:If the above sounds like you, and you’re ready to take your recruitment career to the next level with a company that pairs purpose with performance, apply today!
