Through our three business units; Assessments, Academy and Client Services, we serve Global Fortune 100 companies and leading regional organisations, supported by globally researched and validated solutions from partners including Hogan Assessment Systems (USA), Mosaic Tasks (UK) and Self-Management Group (Canada).THE ROLEThis is a senior consulting role with significant exposure across Hong Kong and Greater China, combining four key dimensions:Client & Business LeadershipBuild and manage key client relationships and accountsPresent solutions and advise senior stakeholdersIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesContribute to strategies for business growth and market expansionAssessment & Leadership ConsultingLead leadership potential and succession readiness assessmentsDeliver assessment insights and management reportsFacilitate leadership and team development programmesFacilitate or co-facilitate Hogan Certification WorkshopsProject LeadershipLead client engagements across Hong Kong and ChinaEnsure high-quality project delivery and client experienceTranslate assessment science and data into practical leadership and organisational insightsTeam LeadershipMentor and develop junior consultantsInspire collaboration, learning and high performance within the teamWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe would like to meet candidates who bring:A Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related discipline, ideally with at least 12-15 years of relevant experienceAlternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with approximately 12–15 years of substantial directly relevant experienceRegistered Psychologist and/or Master’s degree holders are strongly preferredCurrent or previous experience in a consulting environment is highly desirableStrong client management, presentation and business development capabilitiesAbility to work effectively across cultures and in cross-functional teamsStrong interest in assessment, leadership development and organisational consultingFluency in written and spoken Putonghua and English is mandatoryWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TOThis is more than a consulting position.
