We leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making to develop innovative products that solve complex business challenges.As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary leader who can scale the company from an early-stage startup into a high-growth technology business.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the overall business strategy, operations, commercial growth, and execution.The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and be responsible for building a world-class organization capable of delivering innovative AI solutions to regional and global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap.Build and lead high-performing teams across technology, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success.Drive revenue growth through partnerships, enterprise sales, and market expansion.Establish operational processes and KPIs that support rapid scaling.Develop pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product commercialization.Represent NeuroGrid at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.Ensure financial discipline, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution.Required Qualifications10+ years of leadership experience in technology companies.Previous experience leading or scaling a startup or high-growth business.Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation.Proven track record in business development and enterprise sales.Experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong financial and operational management capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.Preferred ExperienceAI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Automation platforms.Venture-backed startup experience.GCC and international market expansion.Building products from early stage to commercial scale.
