Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Managing Director (MD) to lead the company’s overall business operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage teams, develop business opportunities, and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.Drive business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives.Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic relationships.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.Monitor organizational performance through KPIs, targets, and business metrics.Lead, mentor, and manage senior teams while promoting accountability and performance.Review financial performance, budgets, operational costs, and revenue targets.Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions for business improvement.Represent the company in key meetings, negotiations, industry events, and client discussions.Ensure company policies, processes, and business activities align with organizational goals.Provide regular strategic insights and performance updates to stakeholders.Requirments:8+ years of experience in senior management, business operations, or executive leadership.Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and organizational management.Strong understanding of revenue growth, client acquisition, and operational performance.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong commercial and analytical mindset.Ability to manage multiple teams and business functions effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
