Role - Managing Director (Digital Marketing Agency)Location - DubaiSalary - AED 50,000-60,000 plus benefitsRole OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead the growth and development of a UAE-based digital marketing agency. Reporting directly to the Board, the Managing Director will hold full responsibility for the agency’s strategic direction, commercial performance, operational delivery, and organisational growth.Candidates currently operating at Managing Director, General Manager, Executive Director, Agency Director, or equivalent senior leadership level within a digital marketing agency are preferred.RequirementsProven senior leadership experience within a digital marketing or integrated marketing agency.Demonstrated track record of successfully growing an agency or comparable professional services business.Strong commercial background with demonstrable responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and P&L.Established network of clients and senior decision-makers within the UAE and wider GCC marketing ecosystem.Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, creative, content, branding, and integrated marketing services.Proven ability to develop and convert new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary agency teams.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience preparing and presenting business performance to Board or ownership level.Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to remain close to clients, commercial activity, and day-to-day execution while providing strong strategic direction.Email CVs to srividhya@hirerightt.com
