With a focus on reliability, consistent supply, and customer service, the company continues to expand through new product ranges, strategic partnerships, and entry into new markets.Role Description The Managing Director Executive Assistant (EA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director. The EA will manage the Managing Director’s diary and schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling correspondence, prioritizing incoming requests, drafting professional communications, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters. The role also involves supporting key projects, tracking action items, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the Managing Director is well briefed for all engagements. The EA will help streamline workflows, optimize time management, and contribute to the smooth running of executive operations within a fast-paced distribution environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, meeting planning, and travel organization.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in a logistics, distribution, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environment is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
