Own a stake in its success.TURA Executive is partnering with an international specialist logistics group to appoint a Managing Director to establish and lead its Dubai operations, with responsibility for developing its presence across the UAE and wider Middle East.This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven logistics leader who wants more than simply managing an established operation.The successful candidate will have the autonomy to build a regional business, develop strategic customer relationships and drive profitable growth, backed by an established international platform.The opportunity:

• ️ Establish and lead a new Dubai operation from the ground up.
• ️ Develop a regional customer base across the UAE and wider GCC.
• ️ Drive business development, negotiate commercial agreements and win new accounts.
• ️ Build relationships with shippers, ocean carriers, tank suppliers and logistics partners.
• ️ Own the local P&L, budget and commercial strategy.
• ️ Build a local team as the business scales.
