MANAGING DIRECTOR — GLOBAL CHEMICAL EXPORTS (CHINA)

Key Responsibilities Business Leadership: Lead China commercial operations; identify new sourcing opportunities throughout China Team Leadership: Lead and develop the existing China operation; recruit and develop additional sales professionals International Business Development: Expand exports into North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea; negotiate long-term commercial agreements Supplier Development: Develop strategic relationships with Chinese chemical manufacturers Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate export logistics and international shipments Financial & Commercial Management: Drive profitable revenue growth; manage budgets and commercial forecastsRequired Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in chemical distribution, international trading, or specialty chemicals Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Must have existing legal authorization to work in China Significant experience exporting chemicals internationally Existing supplier relationships throughout China Experience negotiating international commercial agreements and leading commercial teamsStrong Plus / Preferred: Existing international customer portfolio; experience managing multiple regional offices; experience with letters of credit, trade financing, international bankingTarget Product Experience: Industrial Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Solvents, Process Chemicals, Chemical Raw Materials, Performance Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Additives, IntermediatesIdeal Candidate Background — Candidates May Currently Work Forinternational chemical trading companies, global chemical distributors, Chinese chemical manufacturers, export management companies, or multinational specialty chemical organizationsSkills: business development,chemical export,team leadership,international sales,supplier development,chemical trading
