MANAGING DIRECTOR — GLOBAL CHEMICAL EXPORTS

This senior leadership role develops supplier relationships, expands international sales, builds profitable global trade flows, and creates a scalable regional commercial operation.Ideal candidate already has an established network of Korean chemical manufacturers, exporters, international buyers, logistics providers, and global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial growth and export operations throughout South Korea; develop regional growth, sourcing, and international business strategies; expand exports into North America, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other global markets; build strategic relationships with Korean manufacturers, producers, suppliers, and international buyers; personally drive major customer relationships; recruit, mentor, and lead a revenue-producing commercial sales team; negotiate pricing, supply terms, exclusivity opportunities, and long-term agreements; coordinate export logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs, and supply chain activity; manage forecasts, budgets, gross profit, margins, trade finance, and commercial risk.Required: 10+ years in chemical distribution, international trading, chemical manufacturing, or specialty chemicals; professional fluency in Korean and English; existing legal authorization to work in South Korea; significant international chemical export experience; established relationships within the Korean chemical manufacturing and supply market; proven international sales, revenue generation, and profitable trading relationships; strong knowledge of global chemical supply chains, export logistics, payment terms, and trade finance; experience leading commercial sales teams and negotiating international agreements.Language: Korean & English (professional fluency required)Skills: sales management,international chemical trading,chemical export,chemical distribution,supplier development,trade finance,international business development,team leadership
