Background:Our client is seeking a highly experienced private equity professional to lead transactions for its growing global direct and co-investments platform as Managing DirectorThis senior-level opportunity is based in Dubai and targets candidates with 20+ years of experience with a significant part in private equity investments, particularly those with exposure to both direct and co-investments in developed marketsThe ideal candidate will have a strong institutional background, proven experience managing investment teams, and a well-established network within large-cap private equity firms to originate and execute global deals

Requirements

Approximately 20 years of relevant investment experience, with a significant portion spent in private equity investingDemonstrated track record executing both minority direct investments and GP-led or LP co-investments in developed marketsExtensive experience leading transaction teams and managing the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through execution, portfolio management, and exitStrong network across leading global private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate executives, with the ability to originate differentiated investment opportunitiesProven leadership experience managing and developing investment professionalsBackground within a leading private equity firm, sovereign wealth fund, pension fund, endowment, or other institutional investment platform preferredStrong commercial judgement, investment underwriting capabilities, and experience evaluating large-cap and upper mid-market opportunities across sectorsWillingness to relocate to Dubai and operate in a highly entrepreneurial, globally focused investment environment
