Role: Managing Director – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (Design & Build)Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-time (On-site)Industry: High-End Luxury Fit-Out | Design & Build | Joinery & ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to provide overarching strategic, operational, and full P&L leadership for our high-end interior fit-out and custom joinery operations in Dubai.This executive leader will direct end-to-end project execution—from client inception, design management, and commercial estimation through to joinery factory production, site operations, and final handover.What You’ll DoExecutive Leadership & P&L: Take full ownership of business unit P&L performance, financial stewardship, margin protection, and growth.
