The company has built a trusted reputation serving enterprise and corporate clients for several decades and is now seeking a business leader to drive the next phase of growth and organizational development.Position OverviewThe Managing Director will be responsible for leading the overall business strategy, operational performance, and organizational growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role will oversee all key business functions and drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute business strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.Lead overall company performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.Strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Oversee Sales, Technical Services, Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and other corporate functions.Ensure effective budget planning, cost control, and financial management.Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.Foster a high-performance culture and develop future leadership capabilities within the organization.Establish business KPIs and monitor organizational performance.Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth plans to the Board of Directors.Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Proven leadership experience in the IT, Technology Solutions, System Integration, Managed Services, Infrastructure, or related industries.Strong track record of driving business growth and achieving commercial targets.Experience managing P&L and overall business performance.Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams across commercial and operational functions.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.Effective communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and organizational growth.Preferred BackgroundExperience leading an IT Solutions, Systems Integration, Technology Services, Digital Solutions, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Managed Services business.Experience scaling revenue and expanding market presence.Exposure to enterprise or corporate customer segments.Why This Opportunity?Lead an established technology business with significant growth ambitions.Work closely with the Board of Directors in shaping the company's future.Drive strategic transformation and business expansion initiatives.Opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational performance and growth.
