Managing Director – Seafood Processing

Our client is a leading seafood processing company serving the food industry. Our client is looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead the company’s overall business operations, overseeing P&L performance, operational efficiency, product quality, cost control, supply chain continuity, and workforce management. This role is responsible for driving business performance, strengthening operational discipline, and ensuring sustainable growth across the organization.The position also plays a key role in managing upstream raw material sourcing by building strong relationships with local fishermen and key stakeholders to secure a reliable supply of raw materials.
