Managing Director – UAE & Saudi Arabia

VOX Health Partners is expanding its regional leadership team and is seeking an experienced healthcare executive to lead our UAE and Saudi Arabia operations.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional who can build relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and establish a strong regional presence connecting international healthcare companies with MENA opportunities.The Managing Director will be responsible for leading VOX operations across two of the region’s most important healthcare markets, driving growth initiatives, developing partnerships, and supporting international healthcare organizations in entering and expanding across the region.Key Responsibilities:• Lead VOX UAE and Saudi Arabia operations and regional growth initiatives• Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare companies, distributors, investors, and commercial stakeholders• Support international pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, medical device, and healthcare companies with MENA expansion opportunities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider MENA markets• Represent VOX at executive level with regional and international stakeholders• Build and develop local capabilities to support sustainable commercial growthIdeal Background:• Senior leadership experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, medical devices, or related sectors• Strong understanding of UAE and Saudi healthcare markets• Proven track record in business development, commercial leadership, partnerships, or market expansion• Established network among healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, scale, and lead a regional platformThis role is designed for a healthcare leader who wants to play a key role in building a regional commercial expansion platform connecting global healthcare organizations with MENA markets.📍 Location: UAE / Saudi Arabia🌍 Regional Scope: UAE, Saudi Arabia & MENAInterested healthcare leaders are welcome to follow VOX Health Partners and share their profile with our team.
