As we continue to grow our regional footprint, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Partner to help lead the firm's next chapter.The Role:As Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Alpha Leadership Co. You will lead high-profile executive search mandates, build and nurture C-suite relationships across key industries, and help scale the firm's presence throughout the UAE and the broader GCC. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned search professional to take on a true leadership and ownership stake in a growing firm.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, board, and senior leadership roles across diverse industriesDevelop and execute the firm's growth strategy, including new client acquisition, market expansion, and service line developmentBuild and maintain a strong network of C-suite executives, board members, and key decision-makers across the regionOversee and mentor a team of researchers, consultants, and associates, fostering a high-performance cultureRepresent Alpha Leadership Co. at industry events, forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and reputationManage P&L responsibility for assigned business lines or client portfoliosEnsure the highest standards of search methodology, candidate assessment, and client deliveryContribute to firm-wide strategic decisions as part of the leadership/partner groupWhat We're Looking For:12+years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or senior HR/talent leadership roles, with a strong track record of successful C-suite placementsEstablished network of senior executives and business leaders within the UAE/GCC regionProven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships at the CEO/Board levelDeep understanding of regional market dynamics across sectors such as finance, real estate, energy, technology, or government/public sectorEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling a businessFluency in English requiredInternational or multinational executive search experience is a strong advantageWhat We Offer:A genuine leadership and growth opportunity within an ambitious, expanding firmCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentivesLong-term partnership and equity options for the right candidateProfit sharing tied to firm and individual performanceUAE residency sponsorship and relocation supportAutonomy to shape strategy, build teams, and drive the firm's regional expansion
