We are entering our next phase of growth and seeking an entrepreneurial industry leader to take full, end-to-end ownership of operations, business development, and team scaling.The Role: We are looking for a Managing Partner / General Manager to run the brokerage from A to Z. This is an executive, high-autonomy partnership role designed for a proven real estate professional who wants to build and scale a business with no limits. There is no base salary, but it offers an exceptional financial upside through lucrative commissions on personal transactions and a direct share of company profits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day brokerage operations, administration, and regulatory compliance (RERA/DED).Drive personal sales transactions and close high-value secondary and off-plan deals.Formulate and execute growth strategies, establish developer relations, and expand market presence in Dubai.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents as the company scales.What We Are Looking For:Proven track record (5+ years) in Dubai real estate sales and brokerage management.Strong entrepreneurial drive, leadership skills, and the ability to operate with complete autonomy.Existing network of investors, clients, and developer contacts in the UAE market.Deep understanding of Dubai real estate laws and market dynamics.Compensation Structure:Base Salary: AED 0 (Partnership & Performance Model)Commission: High-tier commission split on personal dealsProfit Share: Substantial percentage of company net profit
