We're now looking for a leader to take charge and amplify our growth in the region.THE ROLEThis is a partner role, not an employee position. You will lead sales and operations in the UAE, drive our event technology and experiential solutions into the market, and work with our existing team. The growth roadmap will be built together with you.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Strong background in events, experiential or marketing agencies in the UAE- An established network among brands, agencies and event organisers- A proven track record in B2B sales and in operations leadership- An entrepreneurial mindset, focused on building a business rather than holding a jobTHE STRUCTUREThis is NOT a salaried, freelance or fee-based position. The partnership begins on a revenue-sharing basis, with a clear path to a formal equity partnership as the business grows.
