Mandarin Speaker Site (South Kalimantan)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mandarin Speaker Site professional to join our operations in South Kalimantan. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless communication, handle site administration, and provide accurate translation services to support our project goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate oral and written translation and interpretation between Mandarin and local languages for site operations and management.Manage daily site administration tasks, including document control, reporting, and maintaining operational records.Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local staff to ensure clear and efficient communication.Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing bilingual correspondence, and organizing schedules for site personnel.Support HR and logistics departments with onboarding and administrative duties for expatriate and local workers.QualificationsFluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English, both written and verbal.Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in translation, administration, or a related site-based role.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Mandarin Language, or a related field preferred.Willingness to be stationed at the project site in South Kalimantan.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan, (Tanjung, Banjarmasin, Batulicin)
