Airline Reservations agentAirline Reservations and ticketing Agent – Mandarin SpeakingLondon | £29,000 + benefits | Monday to Friday | Office basedAn expanding airline based in central London is looking for an experienced Airline Reservations Agent to join their team.You’ll need at least two years’ experience in travel reservations and ticketing, with strong Amadeus knowledge and fluent Mandarin and English.As an Airline Reservations and ticketing Agent, you will:Take reservation calls from direct passengers and trade partnersMake airline bookings, changes and ancillary bookingsIssue and reissue tickets and EMDs, including manual fare buildsDeal with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes and lost ticketsProcess ticket invoices and paymentsComplete daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconciliationsProvide excellent customer service by telephone and face-to-faceManage group bookings and tour operator allocationsIssue contractual terms and conditions in line with individual airline requirementsLiaise with local airline management and head officeEnsure all bookings and transactions comply with airline and company proceduresAs a Reservations and Ticketing Agent You will have:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel reservations and ticketing roleStrong Amadeus reservations, fares and e-ticketing experienceExperience with other GDS systems will also be consideredFluent Mandarin and EnglishGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent telephone manner and customer service skillsAbility to work accurately under pressureGood team-working skillsAdditional information:Salary around £29,000Monday to Friday, 5 days per week office based21 days’ holiday, increasing with serviceLife and medical insurancePension after 3 monthsGreat office location in the heart of the cityInterested?
