Mandarin Translator/ Assistant of Manager

Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Mandarin Speaker)Location: Cakung, East Jakarta, IndonesiaJob DescriptionProvide daily Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation & translation support during warehouse operations, including meetings, briefings, and discussions between Chinese management and local operational teams.Translate operational instructions, announcements, reports, SOPs, and other warehouse-related documents between Mandarin and Indonesian.Assist Chinese management in communicating daily work assignments, operational priorities, and performance expectations to local warehouse teams.Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and staff to clarify instructions between Head Office and Operational team, and ensure proper implementation of operational directives.Support daily follow-ups between Chinese management and local teams regarding operational progress, pending issues, and corrective actions.Prepare and translate daily operational updates, meeting minutes, and reports for communication between HQ and the local warehouse team.Assist in communicating warehouse procedures, workflow changes, and new operational policies introduced by HQ.Support coordination between HQ and local warehouse departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of operational activities.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with China HQ.Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field; supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta, Indonesia.
