Job Description – Mandarin TranslatorTranslate written documents, including SOPs, technical documents, specifications, reports, emails, and business correspondence, between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, audits, business negotiations, and daily communication.Facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management, employees, suppliers, customers, and external business partners.Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and consistent with company terminology and manufacturing standards.Assist cross-functional departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, with translation and communication needs.Support communication with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations.Prepare, review, and proofread translated documents while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.Coordinate and follow up on communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business activities.Maintain organized records of translated documents and communication materials.Perform other translation and administrative duties assigned by management.
