Job Title: Manhattan WMOS WMS Analyst / Application Support AnalystLocation: Miami, FL (Onsite)We are seeking a highly motivated Manhattan WMOS WMS Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our warehouse management systems in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS, strong SQL skills, and a passion for solving complex operational and system challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, support, and maintain Manhattan WMOS WMS applications to meet business and operational requirements.Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and production support of business-critical warehouse management solutions.Analyze complex system issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to improve system performance and reliability.Gather business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions.Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.Monitor and maintain system integrations, interface specifications, and configuration settings.Identify recurring process failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and increase operational efficiency.Create and maintain business and technical documentation in accordance with SDLC and change management standards.Participate in change control processes and support system deployments and enhancements.Stay current on warehouse management technologies, industry trends, and emerging supply chain solutions.Provide production support, including on-call and after-hours support when required.Required QualificationsHands-on experience configuring and supporting Manhattan WMOS WMS solutions.Strong experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing warehouse management systems.Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.Experience analyzing business and system requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Experience working within SDLC, change management, and production support environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to create presentations, reports, scorecards, and solution documentation.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and Oracle databases.Experience with system integrations, APIs, and interface management.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project teams.
