AI Go-to-Market & Industry Solutions Leader (Manufacturing)Location: Noida/Chennai/BangaloreExperience: 10-15 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI GTM & Industry Solutions Leader to drive AI-led business transformation across the Manufacturing sector. The role combines industry consulting, solution strategy, business development, client engagement, and AI advisory to accelerate the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, and Industry 4.0 solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute AI go-to-market strategies for manufacturing clients.Identify and shape AI-led business transformation opportunities.Build solution narratives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.Lead client discussions, executive presentations, workshops, and strategic pursuits (RFPs/RFIs).Architect AI solutions spanning IT/OT environments, including MES, SCADA, PLCs, ERP, Industrial Data Platforms, and ISA-95 frameworks.Drive Physical AI use cases such as computer vision, robotics, digital twins, and edge AI.Collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery teams, hyperscalers, and technology partners.Contribute to AI offerings, accelerators, thought leadership, and market positioning.Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, industry solutions, business development, or technology strategy.Strong Manufacturing domain expertise with exposure to Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Industrial AI, Intelligent Automation, or Advanced Analytics.Understanding of IT/OT convergence, ISA-95 architecture, MES/SCADA systems, industrial historians, and cloud/hybrid/edge platforms.Experience supporting large deals, executive stakeholder engagement, and solution-led sales pursuits.Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
