Inventory ManagementTrack incoming raw materials and their quantities.Track arrival of packaging materials, labels, boxes, tins, etc.Maintain inventory records and stock movement.Verify physical inventory against records.Flag shortages, delays, discrepancies or damaged materials.Maintain a clear RM + Packaging + Finished Goods inventory tracker.2. Manufacturing & Batch AuditYou will act as an additional layer of operational quality control at the manufacturing facility.Verify that the correct raw materials are being used.Check formulation/batch requirements against approved specifications.Verify packaging material before production.Check that the correct packaging and labelling is being used.Conduct batch-level checks during production and packing.Identify deviations, errors or inconsistencies.Document issues and immediately escalate them to the reporting manager.Maintain batch-wise records and documentation.The goal: no wrong formulation, no wrong packaging, no unexplained inventory mismatch and no avoidable dispatch error.3. Dispatch & Shipment TrackingCoordinate with the manufacturing facility for finished-goods dispatch.Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.Maintain shipment tracking records.Identify delayed, stuck or failed deliveries.Coordinate with logistics partners wherever required.Share shipment status with the internal team.4. Customer Support — Delivery RelatedYou will also work with the customer support function for logistics-related queries.For example:“Where is my order?”“When will my order arrive?”“My tracking hasn't updated.”“My shipment is delayed.”You will help the customer support team obtain the correct information from logistics and provide accurate shipment updates.5.
