Manufacturing Director - Food & Beverage

🚀 One of our clients is seeking to hire a 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.Are you a visionary operational leader with a strong track record in scaling production efficiency and driving high-quality manufacturing standards? We're seeking an experienced 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our Top Management Team (TMT) and lead our multi-departmental plant operations. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:In this executive role reporting directly to the CEO, you will formulate annual operational strategies, oversee plant budgeting, drive production planning, and lead cross-functional heads across Production, Engineering, HSE, Quality, Registration, and R&D. 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:Lead annual plant operational planning, manage consolidated budgets, and align manufacturing capabilities with organizational sales forecasts and profitability targets. Oversee production rates, evaluate performance deviations, implement corrective actions, and direct supply-chain coordination for seamless delivery.Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and ISO standards while ensuring all existing and new products meet local and export compliance regulations and Ministry of Health registrations.Guide research and development strategies in collaboration with Marketing to feature new products and enhance existing lines.Direct, evaluate, and mentor department managers and section heads while promoting structured talent development. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:15+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a executive/director-level role.Experience in Herbal Drinks, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries is strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Agriculture, or Pharmaceuticals).MBA and PMP certification are required.Strategic thinking, budget administration, strong negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and deep expertise in ISO & HSE regulations.
