This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a fast-paced industrial environment, making a tangible impact every day.DutiesDevelop, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design efficient layouts and tooling.Lead project scheduling efforts to coordinate cross-functional teams in executing process improvements and new product launches.Perform root cause analysis on production issues, utilizing engineering troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve defects swiftly.Program and maintain industrial automation systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, CNC machines, and vision inspection systems.Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive waste reduction, process optimization, and quality enhancement initiatives.Collaborate with manufacturing teams on assembly line setup, fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and plastics injection molding processes.Analyze engineering data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), support continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a factory setting.Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming for machining processes.Hands-on experience with process engineering including capital projects, robotics programming, CNC machining, welding, and fabrication.Familiarity with industrial automation systems like PLCs and vision inspection systems; ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate schedules effectively across teams; experience with factory experience is highly valued.Excellent analytical skills for engineering data analysis; adept at root cause analysis and implementing process improvements using Six Sigma tools.Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in assembly line operations and factory environment protocols.Join us to innovate manufacturing processes that set new industry standards!
