The company operates on a smart subscription model that delivers pre-configured, sector-focused solutions without heavy upfront investment, making advanced industrial technology accessible and scalable for growing factories.Role Description The Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency within Industry360˚’s client factories. Day-to-day activities include evaluating production workflows, designing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the Industrial Intelligence Platform into existing operations. The Manufacturing Engineer will support the deployment of MES, IIoT, and related technologies on the shop floor, prepare technical documentation, and provide guidance to operators and maintenance teams. The role also involves troubleshooting manufacturing issues, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer objectives.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering, with experience improving production efficiency and quality.Background in Industrial Engineering, including workflow optimization, layout design, and productivity analysis.Competence in Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to equipment design, maintenance, and reliability.Hands-on experience with Machining or similar fabrication processes in a factory environment.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and collaborate effectively with production, maintenance, and IT/OT teams.Familiarity with MES, IIoT, automation, or digital manufacturing systems is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality standards.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
