We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (UAEN) to join our client's High Voltage Plant in based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.Green Belt certification in Six Sigma.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Process Re-engineering.Good working knowledge of Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.4–6 years of relevant experience in process, production, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAPExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and EnglishWilling to work on site in Jebel Ali, Dubai.Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement by analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and process capability.Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while leading process trials and improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Evaluate, commission, upgrade, and optimize manufacturing equipment, working closely with vendors to improve plant performance and production capacity.Ensure compliance with QEMS, ISO, and company quality standards through process audits, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.Support New Product Development (NPD) by assessing manufacturing feasibility, conducting trials for new materials and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Maintain SAP PP master data, validate material records, audit shop floor transactions, and support production planning and costing activities.Prepare commissioning and performance reports, monitor production, quality, safety, and 5S metrics, and identify opportunities for cost reduction through effective scrap management.In support of Emiratization initiatives and the organization's commitment to developing local talent, qualified Emirati professionals are encouraged to apply.
