Job DescriptionKey missions of the position:Ensure that the Shift output met as per PlanEnsure that Improvement target met as per PlanEnsure Implementation of relevant clause requirements of IRIS/EHS. ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:Safety & ComplianceFollow safety procedures and PPE compliance.Maintain 7S, housekeeping, and safe work environment.Ensure IRIS / EHS standards compliance.Quality AssuranceEnsure products meet quality specifications.Coordinate with QA team for inspections and testing.Investigate rejection, defects, and customer complaints.Production Planning & ExecutionEnsure daily production targets are achieved.Plan manpower, machines, and materials for smooth operations.Monitor shift-wise production output.Process ControlSupervise mixing, pressing, curing, grinding & Finishing processes.Maintain process parameters as per standards.Reduce cycle time and improve productivity.Machine Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance.Reduce machine breakdowns and downtime.Team ManagementSupervise operators and manufacturing officers staff.Provide training to workers on SOPs and safety.Maintain discipline and attendance.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily production reports.Maintain rejection, downtime, and Production Plan vs Actual records.Continuous ImprovementImplement Kaizen, Lean, OEE improvement activities.Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.People Management: YES ¨ NO ¨If People Management, how many employees are managed?Number of people : NilBudget Management: YES ¨ NO ¨Candidate ProfileEducation/TrainingWhat education and education level are necessary for the position?Diploma / B.
