The role ensures that robust systems, procedures, and processes are in place to maintain product quality, minimize non-conformances and safety risks, and deliver the production plan in line with forecasts and operational demand.QualificationsStrong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize, schedule, and optimize manufacturing activities.Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing and Operations, including at least 3 years of experience in the beverage industry.Demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to lead day-to-day plant performance and resource utilization.Experience in Quality Control to maintain product standards, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.Solid understanding of safety practices, compliance requirements, and lean or similar improvement methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
