As we scale, strong manufacturing systems and disciplined execution are central to delivering dependable charging solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing and supply chain projects from planning through stabilization. You will connect production, PPC, material management, warehouse, procurement and ERP teams—turning plans into well-controlled execution, removing bottlenecks and keeping delivery on track.What Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a coordination-only project role. You will work close to the shop floor and the systems that run it, balancing production priorities, material availability, process discipline, cost competitiveness and ERP adoption. Your work will directly influence manufacturing readiness, execution speed and delivery reliability as Statiq scales.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end manufacturing projects, including ERP implementation, process deployment, cross-functional coordination, milestone tracking and production ramp-up.Drive production planning and control (PPC) to optimize resources, maintain production schedules and support on-time delivery.Own material planning and movement from indent generation and SCM coordination to issue at the shop floor so production is not disrupted by shortages.Partner with supply chain and production teams on sourcing, product negotiation and zero-based costing to strengthen cost competitiveness.Implement and stabilize manufacturing processes, SOPs, controls and system workflows; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.Strengthen warehouse operations across inventory accuracy, storage control, inward and outward movement, and stock reconciliation.Work with ERP/SAP users and stakeholders to improve transaction discipline, master-data coordination and process integration across MM and PP modules.Use Excel to build plans, dashboards, trackers and review reports that make project status, risks and decisions visible.Coordinate procurement and inventory workflows using Zoho Inventory/Procurement or similar tools, wherever applicable.Track project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies; resolve issues early and escalate when needed to keep execution moving.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a related discipline.5–7 years of experience across project management, manufacturing operations, ERP/process implementation or supply chain functions.Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing workflows and process implementation in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience in PPC, material management, warehouse operations and supply chain coordination.Practical understanding of ERP implementation and business-process integration, with working knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules.Strong Excel capability for planning, analysis, dashboards, reporting and project tracking.Experience in product negotiation and zero-based costing.A structured, ownership-led approach with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, solve problems and deliver against timelines.Experience in EV charger, electronics or electrical equipment manufacturing will be an advantage.What’s in It for YouA high-ownership role where your decisions directly shape manufacturing execution and delivery reliability.The opportunity to build scalable processes at the intersection of hardware, supply chain, operations and technology.Cross-functional exposure and the chance to solve real operational challenges in India’s fast-growing EV ecosystem.A collaborative, fast-moving environment where strong ideas and disciplined execution are valued.
