Requirements

This role will drive safety, quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping scale and strengthen the operation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily manufacturing and production-floor operations· Drive safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs· Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives· Manage and develop production teams while driving performance and accountability· Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization· Manage operating budgets and understand costs, margins, and financial performance· Translate operational results into measurable business and financial impact· Partner with leadership to improve processes, systems, and operational infrastructure· Support implementation of new equipment, technology, and manufacturing capabilities
