MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER(B.S.M.E, I.E)SALARY 90-120KELECTROMECHANICAL/AEROSPACE/MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURINGManufacturer of mechanical and electromechanical components needs someone to develop and improve manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, process validation, yield improvement, scrap reduction, and execute process development from prototype through production. Will actively utilize Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, DOE, PPAP, DFM/DFA, AS9100 and ISO 9001 and design tooling fixtures using Solidworks. Needs someone with structured problem solving skills to eliminate root causes and implement improvements, strong documentation skills Position will require 5+ years experience in manufacturing process improvement out of aerospace, electromechanical assembly, medical device or related industries with Six Sigma/Lean and statistical knowledge.
