This role will coordinate cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and manufacturing-readiness goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead NPI projects from concept/product definition through production launch.Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams.Manage EVT, DVT, Pilot Production, and PVT builds.Drive manufacturing readiness and design transfers to contract manufacturers/EMS providers.Support production launch, including work instructions, test fixtures, manufacturing processes, packaging, and inventory planning.Coordinate First Article Inspections and pilot production reviews.Manage prototype, pilot, and production builds with external manufacturing partners.Identify and mitigate BOM, component, supplier, and supply-chain risks.Technical RequirementsStrong knowledge of:PCBA, SMT, and through-hole assemblyAOI, ICT, and functional testingDFM/DFT and manufacturing test fixturesECOs and manufacturing release processesElectronic component sourcing and lifecycle managementBOM risk analysis, alternate component qualification, and supplier capacityLong-lead component and supply-chain risk managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.3–8 years of project management experience in electronic hardware/product development.Proven NPI and cross-functional engineering experience.Experience working with contract manufacturers/EMS providers.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools and PLM systems.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.PreferredExperience with RF, wireless, communications, professional audio, broadcast, or wireless microphone products.PMP certification.ERP experience.Knowledge of FCC/CE regulatory requirements.
