Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Manufacturing Technician to support manufacturing operations, equipment, assembly, testing, and production activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, with preferred experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities according to established work instructions and procedures.Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality procedures, safety requirements, and applicable company policies.Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.Accurately complete production records, inspection documentation, and other required manufacturing paperwork.Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, process deviations, and other manufacturing concerns.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.1–3+ years of hands-on manufacturing, production, assembly, or technician experience.Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, cleanroom practices, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.Experience with medical device assembly, inspection, testing, or manufacturing processes.Knowledge of quality systems and controlled documentation.Experience working with hand tools, precision instruments, or production equipment.
