قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production and assembly of medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and packaging activities according to approved SOPs and work instructions.Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and fixtures safely and efficiently.Complete production records, device history records, and other required documentation accurately.Follow GMP, ISO, and company quality procedures and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.Perform in-process inspections and identify product defects or manufacturing issues.Troubleshoot routine equipment and process problems and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including following cleanroom procedures when applicable.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical education or certification is a plus.1–3+ years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in medical devices or another regulated industry.Experience following SOPs, work instructions, drawings, or detailed manufacturing specifications.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.Preferred ExperienceMedical device manufacturing experience.Experience in an FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485 environment.Knowledge of GMP, nonconformance, CAPA, and controlled documentation.Cleanroom or controlled-environment manufacturing experience.
