Team members benefit from exposure to global standards, diverse project requirements, and opportunities to contribute to complex, high-impact developments.Role Description The Marble Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing daily operations at marble installation and finishing sites. This role includes coordinating work schedules, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all work conforms to technical specifications and quality standards. The supervisor monitors site safety, ensures compliance with local regulations, and manages materials, tools, and equipment to prevent delays. They communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers, providing progress updates and resolving issues that arise on site. The Marble Site Supervisor also documents work completed, reports site conditions, and supports continuous improvement in processes and workmanship.Qualifications Experience supervising construction or stone installation sites, ideally within marble or natural stone projects.Strong knowledge of marble cutting, handling, installation methods, and finishing standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.Proficiency in coordinating teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance and productivity.Understanding of workplace safety practices and local regulations relevant to construction sites in Dubai.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Basic project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and site reporting.Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges, defects, and unexpected conditions.Previous experience in an international or multicultural work environment is an advantage.Relevant technical or vocational qualification in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
